Everyone attending the Symposium on Medieval and Renaissance Studies must register. All registration prior to the Symposium must be handled through our online form.
The regular registration rate is $125. Graduate student registration is $75.
Regular online registration closes on June 1st; however, late registrants may still register online for an additional $50 late fee. Registration will be permitted on-site for an additional $50 fee. Refunds are not granted after June 1st.
Meals will be available for purchase in the cafeteria, and St. Louis has many excellent dining options near the university if you prefer to dine off campus.
There are also a number of excursions during the symposium for which you can sign up on the registration page. This year we are offering a guided tour of St. Louis' beautiful Fox Theater, as well as an exhibit and curator's talk at the Pulitzer Arts Foundation, "The Nature of Things: Medieval Art and Ecology, 1100-1550."
Saint Louis University is pleased to offer on-campus, air-conditioned apartment-style housing options for attendees of the Symposium for the reasonable price of only $75 per night. Attendees can stay a few days before and after the conference to accommodate their travel and/or research plans. On-campus housing options are included as part of the registration process. For more details about the type of accommodations available, view the Lodging Page for more details.
